Why is it a pot of fresh coffee Folgers to obtain an oily film on him and my coffee Maxwell?
My Coffee Pot and pitcher are own. I use the same water source for both types of coffee. I also had no problem with Hills Bros. Please do tell me that I should not buy more because Folgers already know. Thank you.
Coffee beans contain a large amount of oil and is where much of the flavor of coffee comes from. The essential point of preparing coffee is the extraction of oils from the beans in water, a little more than a greasy appearance may actually be a desirable feature. I think a bit annoying if coffee Maxwell seems to have no trace of oil all. Most likely, the difference is caused by differences in the roasting process.
